What round plug is on my generator?

By round, I’m assuming that you have a locking generator outlet (Female Side) that you would like to identify. Identifying an outlet on the generator is actually pretty simple.

    1. Find the outlet you have on the charts below.
    2. The NEMA code for the female side is the outlet.

15 amp 20 amp straight blade twist lock plug connector where and what to buy

30 amp 50 amp straight blade twist lock plug connector where and what to buy

With the NEMA code in hand, you can find all the generator cords and adapters you need. Just include the NEMA code in your search term or give it to your electrician / local electrical store and they’ll find exactly what you need
